Craft Hot Sauces
Our 2024 small batch hot sauces are here! All of our sauces are fermented for a minimum of 3 weeks in a 3% salt brine with onions, garlic and a touch of molasses to aid in fermentation. Check out our offerings below - look up the batch number on your bottle for detailed information.
You can purchase our sauce in-store at The Local Farmer in Pulaski. If you live in Tennessee and would like to mail-order our sauce, please email us. We are working towards having online ordering in the future.
Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Our red sauce is a blend of Cayenne pepper varietals, along with other sweet peppers to balance the heat level and flavor. This sauce is a great all purpose hot sauce.
Peppers in this blend: Golden, Joe's Long, Las Cruces, Orange, Thunder Mountain Cayennes. Anaheim, Jimmy Nardello, Thai Red, Shishito, Dragon peppers.

Scotch Bonnet Sauce
Our yellow sauce is a blend of Scotch Bonnet varietals yielding a fiery sauce perfect for adding a touch of Caribbean heat to any dish!
Peppers in this blend: Jamaican, Orange, Renaissance Farms, Yellow Scotch Bonnets.
